Snippets are little (maybe even sneaky) scraps of fabric, paint, paper and doo-dads collaged together in one long strip. You can keep the strip as is, or cut it up (GASP!!!) and use it on cards, tags, envelopes, etc. It's just plain FUN and RELAXING to make.
